Cindy Pinson

Staff Accountant

Cindy joined Heartland in August 2017, and is currently responsible for providing assistance to the pool accounting team, and the company controller. She compiles and maintains customer credit files, prepares daily invoicing of barge freight, and demurrage, and coordinates voucher disbursements with Dispatch. Prior to joining Heartland, Cindy worked in the civil engineering, and construction management field as an Accounting Manager, and an Accountant for a professional services company in the music industry. She has experience in full cycle accounting, corporate/contract administration, and project controls. Cindy received her B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Finance from Webster University. She most recently received her CPA license in 2016.
