                                        With Make Offer you can offer to buy an item at a price of your choosing. Your offer will be presented to the seller, and we will make every effort to have the owners reply within 3 business days.

                                        If the seller counters your offer, you will have 2 business days to respond to the counter offer by accepting, declining or countering it. As the Facilitator, Heartland Barge will continue with the negotiating process and make every effort to bring this opportunity to a successful closing.

                                        If the seller accepts your offer, congratulations! The Seller need to make the equipment available for inspection and you will have 10 business days to do your due diligence inspection.

                                        During the due diligent period, we will consider that you and the seller, have entered a contract to buy the item, no other offers will be accepted during this time.

                                        Transaction closing is between the buyer and seller. As the Facilitator Heartland Barge can off a Draft Purchase Agreement.

                                        For clarification, the Seller is paying Heartlands Commission of 6%.

                                        The equipment is being purchased “As Is”– Owners are Selling the equipment without warranties as to the condition and/or the fitness of the equipment for a use.

                                        Upon receipt of cleared funds, Seller will provide the Buyer a Bill of Sale.

                                        Immediately upon receipt of funds Owner will pay Heartland Barge a 6% commission of the agreed upon closing price.
