If you want a 150′ x 54′ x 10′ spud barge but not the Key Way here is an option:
1. Keyway work:
  • Plating over the 10′ x 20′ KEYWAY
    • Provide labor, material and equipment to fabricate and install a new “½” deck extending over the 10′ x 20′ keyway on stern centerline of barge.  Fabricate and install 3″ x 5″ x 3/8″ angles as the transverse base framing under new deck with (1) 16″ flange plate running transverse at transom deck.
Bid Price: $31,763.00.
2. If you want the barge blasted and painted:
  • WATERBLAST AND PAINT BARGE
    • Provide labor, material and equipment to use 6000 psi water blaster with rotating turbo tip to pressure wash the exterior hull, deck, side shells and bow and stern of barge to prepare surface for new coatings.  Apply (1) coat of shipyard furnished Carbocoat 890 black epoxy to deck, bottom hull, side shells, and bow and stern of barge.

3. To pull the barge for blasting and painting:
  • DOCKING
    • Provide labor, material and equipment to dock and block up barge for inspection, repairs, and paint operations. Launch barge after repairs are complete.

2. If you want the barge blasted and painted:
