Description

Custom 40T container handling bridge crane and runway, capable of handling 20’ to 40’ long ISO shipping containers.
The crane is designed for CMAA 70, Class “D”, outdoor service, and coated in IMRON Aviation Series finishes to ensure
lasting corrosion protection and durability. It complies with all applicable NEC, ASME, and OSHA requirements for
Overhead Electric Traveling Cranes.

Crane can be run with a 60t capacity hook block in lieu of the container handler.
Hoist design: ASME HST-4 duty, with 16 part true Anti-Sway / Anti-Rotate reeving designed to maintain spreader bar
level to ground at all times. Runway rail height is 37’-3” and 30’-0” of lift.

Control System is variable frequency for all motions, controlled by handheld radio control transmitter with integrated
control for the spreader bar, and back-up push button pendant on separate festoon system. Bridge & trolley limit
switches provided to prevent crane from exceeding safe limits of travel. The freestanding runway structure is
designed to support the crane and load and will be designed to AISC standards.
